Disability Rights UK Project
Disability Rights UK are running a new project called “Right to Participate.” The project is funded by the Legal Education Foundation and aims to increase awareness of the Equality Act, especially in terms of how it can protect disabled people against discrimination in everyday situations.
As part of this, they have created a new website and are asking people to share their stories and take action. The site also contains some downloadable resources including template letters to make it easier to complain about discrimination faced in different areas of life. You can find out more here
