You may be asked to claim some benefits online. If you have a problem with this, there are some organisations that can help you. Have a look at this: https://www.norwich.gov.uk/directory/1064/digital_hubs for the Norwich area.
All Jobcentres should offer support, and many libraries will also have days when volunteers would be there to help.
The Norfolk Library Service has given some details of when and how you can get help in your local library, if you have a look at this News item from our website: https://equallives.org.uk/norfolk-library-service-support-to-get-online/
New Digital Drop-in at City Hall
Every Wednesday morning, volunteers are based at the Customer Contact Centre at Norwich City Hall to answer questions about technology and the internet. Drop in between 10am and 12pm to speak to a Digital Champion about going online. It could be related to using social media, online banking, setting up an email address, basic web-browsing, job searching, or finding information about local events. They have computers that you can use, or you can take your own device and connect to the Norwich City Council free WiFi.
