Assistive Technology is a range of electronic gadgets that can help you to live independently in your own home. This includes triggers, sensors and detectors for:
- Low Temperature
- Falls (through pendant systems)
- Exiting the home
- Location Training
If you think you could benefit from Assistive Technology and you are over 18 living in your own home you may be able to get the equipment on a free loan.
If you have a social worker ask them for a free assessment alternatively contact Norfolk County Council’s Assistive assessment centre and ask for a referral to the Assistive Technology Team.
