Two Services Offering Support

New Citizens Advice Scams Action Service

This new service was launched on 16th July and gives advice and information about online scams.

You can get help if:

  • you think you might have found an online scam
  • you’ve been scammed online
  • you’re acting on behalf of someone who’s been scammed online

The service will advise you about what to and give you support on the issues you might be facing.

Contact a Scams Action adviser by calling 0300 330 3003.

The service is open from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (closed Bank Holidays)

The Norfolk Scam Prevention Service can also offer you specialist help and support if you have been left in the red by a scam?
