It seems that most benefits due to be paid in are being paid early, by the 22nd. If in doubt, please contact the relevant benefits department who will be able to advise you.

  1. Do you have to sign on the 22nd December? My sign on is every 2 weeks Friday, but since its the last working day and you’re due to receive your jsa the same day, l’m very curious if we have to. If we don’t l can see my family x

To everyone who is asking about dates- please see the chart above. If your date is not on there then you shouldn’t be affected and will receive your benefits as normal, or earlier, on the 22nd. This system should not leave anyone short over the Christmas period. If you are worried, please contact the relevant benefits department.

  2. I called the DWP. Anyone expecting payments on the 27th – Wednesday – are getting paid on the 27th as normal. Anyone getting paid on Monday 25 and 26th will be paid on the Friday 22nd
    .
    I’m raging as I get paid 27th !
